If you develop your project with EPIC — from concept through to our architecture, manufacture, and assembly — the cost of the study is credited against your project. The study becomes part of the work, not an addition to it. This path begins with a Letter of Intent.
If you need the study on its own — to understand your land, test an idea, or prepare a decision — it is available as a standalone engagement.
Either way, the rigour is the same. What changes is only whether the study stands alone, or becomes the first stage of building.
