Riga, Latvia is our innovation center — the prototyping, validation, and digital engineering lab behind the panel platform. London, UK is our business and design HQ, leading development, commercial, and the design of every resort. Together they let architects design freely while production stays fast, precise, and certifiable.
These are the roles we’re building toward as EPIC grows. Some are open now; others open as projects land. If your role is here, introduce yourself early — we’d rather meet you before we post it.
Design at EPIC is not a support function. It is the promise — a resort designed for its land, culture, and story, drawn fresh each time, resolved on top of a panel platform so production stays fast, precise, and certifiable.
The creative authority behind every EPIC resort. You own the design language across the whole portfolio — holding the line between architecture born from each site and a platform that has to manufacture, ship, and assemble anywhere.
Carry a resort from concept to construction documentation — the person who turns the design vision into a buildable, manufacturable reality for a specific site.
Landscape is not the frame around the buildings — it is half the experience. Shape the arrival, the paths, the WOW zones, and the way each resort sits in and heals its site.
Design interiors for the nervous system — calm, light, healthy materials — so that stepping inside an EPIC cabin feels like arriving somewhere, not checking in.
Support live projects across concept, documentation, and visualisation — the person who moves fluently between design intent and the detail that makes it real.
The team that turns a distinctive brand and a strong inbound story into a disciplined pipeline — led by the Commercial Director.
Own EPIC's demand and revenue engine. Turn a distinctive brand and a strong inbound story into a disciplined pipeline of qualified landowners, investors, and operators — and into signed engagements.
Open doors and build the pipeline. Find and qualify the landowners, investors, and operators whose ambition fits EPIC — and carry the earliest conversations that decide whether a project is real.
Hold the relationship from first conversation to signed engagement — and beyond. The steady, trusted point of contact who keeps every live opportunity moving and every client feeling looked after.
The team that turns EPIC's philosophy into presence — led by the Head of Brand & Marketing.
Guard and grow a brand that treats hospitality as more than a business. Turn EPIC's philosophy into presence — thought leadership, story, and reach across five continents — without ever sounding promotional.
Run the marketing engine day to day — campaigns, channels, and the reach that keeps EPIC in front of the right landowners, investors, and design talent, always as point of view, never as advertising.
Tell EPIC's story every day — the words, images, and posts that make people feel the philosophy before they ever book a call. Thought leadership, not announcements.
The financial backbone of a company developing resorts across continents — led by the Finance Director.
Build the financial backbone of a company that develops resorts across continents — from project economics and ROI modelling to the structures that let capital decisions rest on clear ground.
Keep the numbers clean and current — the day-to-day financial control that lets a company developing resorts across continents make decisions on solid ground.
The team that keeps EPIC running — based at the Business Management HQ in London.
Keep the studio running so everyone else can do their best work. The person who holds the day-to-day together across two hubs and projects on every continent.
The connective tissue across live projects — schedules, documents, and coordination that keep design, engineering, manufacturing, and site teams moving as one.
Build the team behind the resorts. Own how EPIC hires, grows, and keeps exceptional people across two hubs, remote roles, and international deployment.
Give the CEO leverage. Manage the schedule, the inbox, the travel, and the detail — so the founder's time goes where it matters most.
Engineering that leaves the drawing board. These roles connect the platform to real ground — energy and water systems, site conditions, and the technical delivery of resorts on remote sites across the world.
Own the systems that let an EPIC resort stand alone — energy, water, sanitation, and thermal hubs — designed once as a platform capability, then tuned to each site's climate and constraints.
The technical engineer who carries a project from design coordination to a resort standing on site — resolving the buildability, sequencing, and interfaces that keep design intent intact from factory to first guest.
Read the ground and make it work. From access and groundworks to drainage and screw-pile foundations, you resolve the site conditions that a beautiful resort depends on but a guest never sees.
The most senior technical role at EPIC HQ. Own the panel platform as a product — defining its architecture, rules, versioning, and roadmap — and coordinate all workstreams to ensure design, engineering, and manufacturing operate as one unified system.
The structural brain of the EPIC panel platform — defining engineering logic of connections, loads, and certification requirements across target markets.
The bridge between design intent and factory reality. Ensure every panel, connection, and detail can be manufactured efficiently, transported safely, and assembled on site.
Build and manage the EPIC BIM ecosystem — the digital backbone connecting architectural design to manufacturing output.
Build the panel families, connection details, MEP channel families, and annotation standards that power the EPIC BIM library.
Define how mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems integrate into EPIC's prefabricated panel platform — standardized routes, plug points, penetrations, and no-go zones.
Build EPIC's quality system from the ground up — defining what 'EPIC compliant' means, how it is measured, and how it is maintained across factories worldwide.
Own the definition and delivery of EPIC's most critical digital asset: the Manufacturing Engine — the system that takes a BIM model and generates factory-ready outputs.
Build the core application that turns BIM model data into factory-ready outputs: BOMs, Panel Passports, MEP maps, QC checklists, packing lists, and assembly instructions.
Build the data extraction pipeline connecting BIM models to the Manufacturing Engine — ensuring panel data flows automatically without manual entry.
Bridge between EPIC's BIM platform and factory cutting/machining equipment — cut lists, nesting plans, CNC output files.
Lead physical prototyping at EPIC HQ — building panel assemblies, running time tests, and feeding practical observations back to engineering. The 'reality check' for the platform.
Work in EPIC's prototype workshop — building assemblies, assisting with tests, recording results, and helping the team iterate on panel designs.
Turn complex engineering logic into clear, IKEA-style step-by-step instructions for factory workers and site assembly teams worldwide.
Lead EPIC's certification strategy — mapping the pathway for panel platform compliance in EU, UK, and beyond.
Build and manage EPIC's partner factory network — onboarding, training, auditing, and continuous improvement across global manufacturing partners.
The team that keeps the platform supplied and partner factories flowing — based at the Innovation Centre in Riga.
Own the flow of materials and components from source to partner factory to site. Keep EPIC's licensed-partner manufacturing model moving — lower logistics, lower CO₂, no site surprises.
Find and secure the natural, healthy, durable materials that make an EPIC cabin what it is — and get them where they need to be, on time and on standard.
Board-reporting executive role leading the full development lifecycle of international resort projects — feasibility through design, procurement, construction, and handover.
Critical link between EPIC's central design team and local execution teams on site — ensuring precision, consistency, and design intent alignment worldwide.
Coordinate cabin assembly and MEP integration on construction sites during critical phases.
Manage logistics and sequencing of prefabricated components from manufacturing to final installation — seamless delivery and no site surprises.
Lead final inspections, technical sign-off, and operational readiness support for completed EPIC projects.
Handover is a beginning, not an end. Own how an EPIC resort performs once it opens — so the place runs as well as it looks, and the numbers hold.
A real-time, walkable digital twin that lets a client put on a headset and explore an unbuilt resort — day or night, Option A or B — before a single foundation is poured. A new capability EPIC is standing up now; several roles start as project contracts before becoming core hires.
The most senior role behind EPIC Spatial Twin — own the real-time walkable twin as a product, from reality data to the headset, and turn it into a repeatable service EPIC sells on every project.
Build the app that lets a client walk through a resort that doesn't exist yet — in real time, on Apple Vision Pro. Contract-first, moving to core hire after the first pilot.
The bridge between Archicad and the headset — turn heavy BIM models into real-time assets that run flawlessly on Vision Pro.
Make the twin feel real — landscape, vegetation, lighting, and atmosphere that sell the place before it exists. Per-project contract while volume builds toward a full-time role.
Own the incoming reality — validate, align, and prepare the survey and capture data every twin is built on.
Design how it feels to explore a resort in a headset — effortless and comfortable for a first-time Vision Pro user, who is a resort developer, not a gamer.
EPIC manufactures through licensed local partners and assembles on site with local teams, project by project — lower logistics, lower CO₂, and skilled work kept close to each site. Most factory and on-site assembly roles are hired locally, per project, through our partner network rather than centrally.
The exception is our own prototyping team at the Riga Innovation Centre — including Prototype Technicians — who build, test, and validate the platform in-house.
If you are a skilled maker, carpenter, joiner, or assembly specialist and want to work with EPIC — at the Innovation Centre or on a project near you — send us your story and where you are based, and we will point you to the right team.
